Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before participating in our referral program.

Eligibility

To participate, you must be an active customer with an account in good standing. You can refer any legal professional or business contact who is not already a customer or has never subscribed to our services. Each referral must be a new customer.

Referral Process

Referrals must be submitted through our official Referral Page so we can properly track them.
There is no limit on the number of referrals you can submit.
Once submitted, our team will review and track the status of the referral. You'll be notified when your referral has been verified as an active customer.
Referrals cannot be submitted retroactively; they must come through the Referral Page before sign-up.

Rewards

To qualify for a reward, your referral must sign up for a monthly or annual subscription within 90 days of being referred.
Only one reward will be issued per new customer. If multiple people refer the same contact, the first eligible referrer will receive the reward.
Rewards may include cash equivalents, gift cards, discounts, credits, or other incentives as determined by us.
Rewards are issued only after the new customer has successfully opened their account and made their first subscription payment.
We reserve the right to withhold or cancel rewards if we suspect fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

Restrictions

By participating in the Program, you agree not to:

Spam or send unsolicited invitations.
Refer people you do not personally know.
Use bots, automated systems, or fake accounts.
Misrepresent your relationship with us or create false/misleading content.
Use our name, brand, or materials beyond what is provided for this Program.
Sell or attempt to sell referrals.
Refer yourself in any way.

Share harmful, offensive, or prohibited content, including:

• Defamatory, discriminatory, or harassing material
• Explicit, obscene, or violent content
• Political or religious statements
• References to drugs, alcohol, weapons, or competitors
• Content that violates privacy or intellectual property rights
