CaseFunders provides a platform that connects plaintiffs with funding partners who may provide case funding. We facilitate the application process but do not directly provide funding.
We may evaluate your case information to match you with appropriate funding partners. This evaluation does not guarantee funding approval.
Some services may be provided by third-party partners. Your relationship with these partners is governed by their respective terms and agreements.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself, your case, and your financial situation. You agree to update this information as necessary.

Case funding provided through our Platform is typically non-recourse, meaning repayment is contingent upon a successful outcome in your legal case. If your case is unsuccessful, you may not be required to repay the advance.
All funding agreements are between you and the funding partner. CaseFunders is not a party to these agreements and is not responsible for the terms or performance of funding partners.
Your attorney must be involved in and consent to any funding arrangement. We may require attorney acknowledgment before processing your application.
Use of our Platform is generally free for applicants. However, funding partners may charge fees or interest as part of their funding agreements. All fees and costs will be clearly disclosed before you accept any funding offer.
We may receive compensation from funding partners for successful referrals, which does not affect the terms offered to you.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Platform and its content, features, and functionality are owned by CaseFunders and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
You retain ownership of any information you provide to us, but grant us a license to use this information to provide our services.
CaseFunders does not provide legal advice. We recommend consulting with your attorney regarding any legal or financial decisions related to your case.
We do not guarantee that you will receive funding or that any particular terms will be available. Funding decisions are made solely by funding partners based on their own criteria.
We strive to maintain Platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or terminate services for maintenance, security, or other operational reasons.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CaseFunders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of our Platform.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CaseFunders and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [State/Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
